VMK makes good update!-Anyone else getting jilted?

I have bought two of the 1700 credit water slide packs. It shows a picture of various pieces, including a left and right turn. Both times I only got one turn piece. Has this happened to anyone else?


Update 7/7- I waited a couple of days to see if the pieces would show up-they did not- LOL

I used the "contact us" button and told VMK about the problem. Today I got an e-mail stating the items have been replaced. The next time I logged in the items were in my inventory!

As always did not pay close attention, I will try to watch next time I buy.

Absolutly correct not getting both corner peices confirmed with recent purchases
 
my daughter just bought that - she'll be crushed if it only has one piece! She spent her entire credit savings on it. I better have her look.

I thought something was odd. I was doing a slide where I needed equal pieces (teleporter and start not a big deal though) So I bought two of these packs to get a good start on my ride. When I went looking for the pieces for the left ride they were not there! Very cheap VMK. :sad2:

I don't think it was done on purpose.. It was probably just a bug.. VMK IS really buggy..
 
I did contact then on the 4th on the home page contact link and they did in fact respond in less then 48 hours and replaced the missing peices. I do not however know if they corrected the issue since I have not purchased anymore slides.

I have not bought any more of these packs so I do not know if the problem has been fixed. However, if you have this problem you can use the "Contact us" button, and VMK will replace the pieces.
