In yavn's latest newsletter, he said that for 500 credits you can buy a peep in vmk a present!!!!!

Will someone promise to get me one if I give you one back.........i would be disappointed if i didn't get that present

Yes they did and it was pink wreath unfortunately I had to trade for one

Actually last years gift was the green wreath

The pink was sold like it is this year..

Also- anyone participating in this- count your credits well- last year many ended up with negative credits because they do not take the credits out of your account until they are delivered- so you could have 2000 credits and send to 4 people and then something new come out in the store and you buy it and leave your self with 1500 credits and short 500 credits on gifts you already spent.

If I recall correctly many people woke up with negative credits because of this. It is sort of like writing a check that vmk holds before depositing in the bank- you spent the money but it will stay in your account and can be spent until vmk sends the gifts...

Best to leave yourself with a buffer of at least one gift if you are low on credits.

I don't know if it is different this year but the newsletter says if you spell the name wrong or don't have enough credits in your account, your gift will not be sent. Maybe they changed it because of the negative credits?

It is a fact, if it is spelled wrong they won't deliver it, because it matches no ones title. Last years instructions also indicated that if you did not have the credit they would not deliver a present, yet they did(in many cases). You should stay on the safe side with it. I though it went well last year, at least I had no issues. I do know a few people tried to gift staff and I don't think they delivered those, but there is no sure way to tell. close as you can come is credit count off set.

My advice is to use a secondary character to give all of the gifts and be sure to send a gift to your main character!

Last year something went very wrong and I was glad I had used secondary characters to give the wreaths. Some of the characters ended up with negative credit balances. The thing is, I know I had enough credits. I had written down the amount of credits and the names of who would be receiving gifts from that character for each character. There is no way I messed up. This problem happened to a lot of people.

I plan to send out a lot of gifts this year but they will be bought by secondary characters just in case the problem wasn't fixed.

I am currently getting credits on my secondary just for this event. I missed out last year due to my cruise so I wasn't able to gift last year. This year I plan to give out several gifts. My secondary is already up to 20,000 credits just to be able to give out gifts. Woot.

Wow qruthie thanks for the idea! I never thought of that! As much as I want to gift a lot of you guys, I can only gift a few people because I am not a money machine but I still send my heart!
