VMK "Down"?

I can't get into VMK. Or rather I was in and couldn't switch rooms, so I logged off. Now I can log on and get the map and music, but I can't load into any room.

Anyone else having this problem?

I just crashed. When I tried to refresh, got the "this page cannot be displayed" Then tried to log in the regular way and got "site too busy" message. Something is going on, lol!

Yep. It's completely down. I was in the middle of fireworks and my score kept getting lower at the end of every screen.
Then I got dc and now I can't log in.

I can get the log in screen fine, but always get the unable to connect message when trying to log in.

Same here shut out. I feel bad for those that actually got in to the line for Hula's.

Yep. Hula blew up VMK with her impossible to get into yard sale.

I can't get in either! After reading the posts, it looks like vmk has been down
for a couple of hours!!! What could be the problem?

Yup same here... I was next in line for Hulas Room and got dc and have been trying ever since. No luck!

Posting this everywhere. Showing off my intelligent theory:

I have a completely intelligent estimate for the event that happened ten minutes ago:

Global Warming.. As you all know is the act of polluting the air.

VMK Population Overdrive.. Similar to the real world, this act happens when VMK population is cramped all into 1 single spot. If there are too many people in 1 same spot, VMK Population Overdrive begins. When population is full it will act just like Global Warming, the ice caps will melt and then.. - you hear a intelligent scientist recording where the person is talking super fast - ..VMK freezes. As this happens the special species known as Yetis drop out of the sky, mutated into Disconnection Monsters. And that is why we are now Dc. So everyone pray that the VMK staff are doing their best to defend VMK from the dreaded Yeti - DC Monsters
