I have 2-3 PDF forms for the glow in the dark braclets. If you are going to a disney park and dont have the pdf and want the braclet let me know and contact me by PM and i will mail to you for free. I wont ever want the braclets, and i am not going to any disney park anytime soon, so i want to help out someone who wants it and dosnt have the PDF yet.
