I'm planning on using VKL vouchers @ Le Cellier, but I have a question regarding the children's voucher.

Will they allow my daughter to order the Cheese Soup as an appetizer or do they only allow this on the adult vouchers.

The kids vouchers say they get an appetizer, but there are no appetizers on the child's menu.

I don't think it would be cost effective unless they allowed her to get an appetizer.

Has anyone had any experience with the child's VKL vouchers at Le Cellier.

Thanks in advance for the input!

When we were there last June, they said the children's VKL vouchers only applied to the children's menu. I asked the exact question that you have about the appetizer and they basically said no appetizer would come with that meal. I just shared my meal with DS instead of using a child's voucher at Le Cellier.

We were there in July this year and the children WERE allowed to order soup. I guess it just depends on your server.

My younger kids don't eat much. We ordered the steaks from the kids menu. I ate one and my 16yo ate the other. With the soup, breadsticks (yummy) and desserts, we were well satisfied. We actually liked the kid's desserts better than the adult dessert sampler we ordered.

Thank you both! :wave2:

I'll bring the voucher just in case, and if they do not let me get the soup, I'll save it for another resturant.

Was your 16yo allowed to use a child's voucher?
