I also take them on a full stomach in the morning, but once in a while still feel like dirt after, in which case I take them at night so I'll sleep through the upset feeling (My DH calls me the amazing sleeping woman-I can sleep through anything.)
I take my multivitamin, borage oil, alpha lipoic acid, vit. e, 2 vit. c, fish oil, and calcium. I take it after I eat or I get a yukky stomach. It used to be hard for me to get them all down--even if I divided them up and only took a couple at a time, but now I'm used to it.
