So as part of my New Year "getting healthy" goals, I want to start taking vitamins/supplements. I went onto Dr. Weil's site and took the questionnaire that you take to determine what you need, and my profile was such that to get monthly packets sent would be $148 PER MONTH!! HA! No way!
So, I guess I'll just try to find some good quality fish oil and multivitamin at CVS unless anyone knows of any reasonably-priced packets for women in their 30s?

I used to have to take a spoonful every night before bed when I was younger as I had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Also thanks for the tip on Raw One. I am going to look into that one and the GNC Mega one. I know there has been a lot of press about Vit D deficiencies but I am just so new to this that I have a lot of researching to do to see what I need especially after my blood profile.
