Does anyone know if I can find a template or printable version of a Disney visual calendar? I know I need to make one for DS5, but I need something that can be changed if/when our plans change. I can print the pictures of attractions and such from MDE and do it myself, but I thought I'd ask here if there was a blog or an app that had already done some of the work for me.

Thanks!

I am not aware of any apps but if you google free downloadable disney schedules and planners you will find many options for printable calendars that you can create. Good luck.

I have not used any of these, but this website generally has good reviews of apps for Autism and AAC.

If your child uses a communication app, you could also possibly set something up in that which would work more like a visual schedule (I know you could in Proloquo2Go, which is the communication app I am most familiar with).

If you have a story app, like Pictello, that could also be used to do what you are talking about.
If you wanted a printed version, you could take a screen shot of each page, which would save it to your iPad photo album.

This is a link to a bit older thread about a special guidebook that a poster made for her son with autism.

He was older than your child and she was a scrapbooker, so her guide was a bit fancier than many people would make. Other people found it gave them ideas, even if they made a much simpler one.
There is a section about Communication books, PECs, etc in post 3 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread. YOu can find that thread near the top of this board or follow the link in my signature.

These are not quite what the OP was asking for, but I was poking around in the Apple App Store and found these apps.
I have not tried sny of them, so can't say how well they work. They may be helpful for some people with Autism or cognitive disabilitie.
Several of them (especially the last one) include timers and would be helpful for waits for attractions.
