vistana villages info??

Hi I am planning a trip to Disney World, and interested in Vistana Villages. Can anyone tell me how often the shuttles run to and back of the theme parks? It is possible that we might have a car, but if not I need to know about the shuttles before I book. Any other info is much appreciated. TIA Karen

I just got back from staying at Vistana Resort which I think uses the same shuttle. We used the shuttle last time we were there five years ago and decided this last time to rent a car. Sometimes the shuttle would come a few minutes early and take off before scheduled time. Also, it took so long to get to parks because it would stop at a few other hotels. I recommend a car instead.
