Vistana Villages construction

Can anyone out tell me whether or not the construction at Vistana is complete?

I stayed there the week of July 4th, and they are still doing construction on about half of the new buildings. They have completed and opened three buildings in the new phase (15, 16 & 17). I stayed in building 15 and when I checked in I was told it was just opened the day before. They are a little bit of a walk to the pool, but are beautiful. I was not bothered by any noise from the construction still taking place on the other side of the lake, either.

Did they tell you at the resort if they are going to be building a new pool area near the new buildings. Also, about how long of a walk is it?
