So glad things have gotten better. I dont know that I could find a place as beautiful as Vistana Villages.
I didnt bother with the 50% off voucher, I' m pretty sure you have to book the voucher through them directly and I felt I got a much better deal for vistana from Hotel Kingdom ( I've used them again and again) They often have stay 6 nites get the 7th nite free specials The best part is if you book your room and the price goes down, all you have to do is give them a call and they will make a price adjustment. They have adjusted my price 3 times for one trip I booked!!!!!
Another great idea for getting a great deal on vistana villages is using the Travelaxe program.

Great program, one glitch though.
When you are looking at Hotel kingdoms prices on Travelaxe it shows the correct prices but often doesnt show the free nites offers. So ALWAYS double check on the Hotel Kingdom website.

They let you keep doing the timeshare presentation again.
We sat down and they asked us why we didnt buy last time,
We said "MONEY".
He asked if anything had changed since last year?
We said NO.
He said Okay, just watch this video.
We did, then they tried to sell us a vacation for next year (which cost more than we paid to come this year)
We were done.
We didnt go for the cash, we took the ticket discounts instead. They seemed to fit our needs better. When they make the timeshare offer to you, Make sure you tell where you plan on going because often the discounts are worth more than the cash.

Lists all sorts of deals available. Hotels, cars, tickets etc.
It gives a link to ticket deals especially for mousesavers. I have gotten adult tickets to DisneyQuest for 21 dollars.
We LOVED IOA and Universal. I dont know if it is always available but I know if you buy your tickets for them directly from their website they often have 5 consecutive day tickets at the same price as 2-3 day tickets.
Wasnt it such a gorgous view of the waterfall? Building 6 and 7 are my favorite ( if you dont want to be close to the kids playground)
Final Note: When speaking to guests at Vistana, I was encouraged to take Marriot timeshare tours. They claimed they had one closer and were even less pressure than Sheraton Vistana Villages.
