Vistana Resorts transportation

Help! I am really confused about the wdw park transportation offered at VV. Do they provide a free shuttle bus? Do you have to pre register/ sign- up in advance to use it? What are the hours that it runs? How easy/convient is it to use? TIA

It's a scheduled service. Unless it's changed recently it's free if your staying as a hotel type guest but charged if you're staying as timeshare owner (or renting from one).
A rental car is a better option.
