Vistana resort--diamond lane check in link

Can someone please provide me with the link to the Diamond Lane check-in/reservation form for the Vistana Resort? We arrive next Friday and wanted to send our preferences. Thank you very much.

go to the section about check-in and there is a link for the diamond lane check-in form, this has a space for requests.

We did this a couple weeks ago, and it really helped. There was no one in the Diamond Lane line, and about 6 families in the main line. In and out in minutes.

Well, I went ahead and did it. I went to print a copy and it didn't but i did submit. Hope it went through....Do you all recommend calling in a few days by phone to see if they have gotten by preference for a section? We check-in on Nov. 18th.

We prefer to fax them about 2-3 days prior to check-in to firm up requests.
Fax (407) 239-3111 (make it to the attention of "Vistana Room Controller).
Good luck.....I think you're kind of local to me Del in that you state you're "outside of Phila". Have a nice visit

ok, forgive me for being dense. . . but . .
what do you fax them? a print out of your Diamond Lane registration? Or just a note with your requests?
Just trying to everything I can in favor of getting the rooms I want.

Well....I just faxed a short note with what my requests were. However....Maria--the Godess of Vistana may have other info to share.

We leave Friday so hopefully all goes well at this point. Good Luck!

Exactly what Del said....I mention my reservation # in the fax, as well as stating that I did fill out the Diamond Lane form and repeat my requests. I put my check-in date on there as well. Good luck !

Sorry to jump in here, but we're staying there in 2 weeks and I was wondering what type of things you can request?

I requested what sections I preferred to be in. Cascades first and Lakes second. We were in Lakes last year and quite pleased.

I assume you could also request ground floor or non ground floor, pool view....but I decided to keep it simple with the hope of getting what I wanted. I'll let you know next week if it worked!

Thanks! We will be staying at Vistana for first time Dec. 17. Just filled out the Diamond Lane form - so simple. DId not make any special request, but will see what we get without a request.

Also - am posting a separate question about the ownership tours. They said 90 minutes. Want to know what to expect.

With Vistana, anything goes. We've done a total of 3 tours there in the last 11 years. First two were just about 90 min on the dot and a mild amount of pressure. The 3rd one dragged on for 2 1/2 hours and was very high pressure. The salesman became quite beligerent when we told him we wanted to think about it for a day or two and refused to release us from the tour (we were due $50 and had to really press for it). After that 3rd tour (in 2000), we decided to buy DVC. I won't do a tour there again after that final experience.
If you're required to do one, good luck with it Suzanne. Your experience may be better than our last one was. Please give us a report back after your trip and let us know how it went.
