Vistana Park Shuttles??

According to what I was reading on another site--it says that Vistana runs a complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks. Is this true?? If so, how often do the shuttles run and has anyone had any experiences with this?

Thanks--we are leaving soon and trying to figure out how to get to the parks from the villas.. Princess Di

As far as I know, it was a paid shuttle. I believe it was about $7 per person per day. Had limited times in the morning and late afternoon/evening. We don't find it very cost effective or convenient as having your own car. Unless things have changed, I'd say perhaps you should call the resort to see if it's complimentary because this was not my understanding and I just asked about it in January/Feb on behalf of my in-laws who would be at the resort.
