Vista Cay?

I have friends who want a rental home, preferably 3 bedrooms (Grandparents, adult mom with 14 y.o. DS, and 40-something y.o uncle).

They are planning a NYE trip for SeaWorld.

They found a rental in Vista Cay.

Any reviews or personal experiences with that community?

We stayed here back in 2015. Nice rental community and close to Sea World. We had a 3 bedroom unit we rented through a company. No issues.
