Does anyone know if visitors can come aboard ship BEFORE departure? MY in-laws live in FL and want to see us off before the cruise and I was hoping they could come on board to see the ship. Just an idea. Thanks.

When we cruised last June, no visitors were allowed to board. With the tightened security, I'm sure this hasn't changed.

Nope, visitors have never been allowed on either of the DCL ships. In order to board you will need your Key to the World card. Anyone who does not have one cannot board.

In the past visitors were able to come to the port to see you off, but since 9/11 that is no longer possible. You will need to show your tickets to enter the terminal building.
