Visitors for the day?

Probably a silly question, but we've never done this before. If we invite some friends to drive over from their home to visit us at our DVC resort for the evening, will they have trouble getting past the front gate? What about parking?

We have had visitors at OKW and SSR. We just told them to tell the gate if asked that they were visiting us in ## villa. I gave them the villa number. No problem. I can not even remember if the were stopped and asked.

Our inlaws came two days in a row to visit us at AKV, and they told the guard both times that they were visiting us. They gave my name since it was in my name, and the room #, showed their ID's and were let in. No problems. We did call down to the front desk to ask if we should tell the guards, but they said just give our names and room #.
