Does anyone have any info. on what to do if you are planning to visit theme parks and have someone in your group with a disability? My mother will be in a wheelchair or electric cart (whichever we can get for her). Any info is appreciated.
My mom goes with us each time and uses an ECV-electric scooter. She really has no problems getting around, riding rides, etc. Disney is very good about helping in whatever way we have needed. Her most challenging thing was getting the ECV on and off the monorails. Once she mastered that, she was fine. Be sure to pick up the guide Disney provides about ride access when you enter the park. This will give you info. on where to go for each ride for entrance.
