Can a local visitor DRIVE up to the CR and visit us there?
We will be eating breakfast at Chef Mickey's and wondered if our friend who resides in the area can come drive to the CR to visit us in the main lobby? (I realize they cannot join us for breakfast at CM)


Can visitors merely drive to the CR without a reservation?

Anyone is welcome to visit a resort and self park or valet park. Your friend could join you at Chef Mickey's if that is something you want. All you need to do is modify the reservation online or call. Often for +\- one person, they can keep the same time too.

Once you have your room number you can text that to your friend and even if it is a really busy day(read party day or Christmas season) and they are not letting visitors in your friend should be able to get in and park with that.

We're NOT staying at CR, we're merely eating at CM during the only time our friend has free. Just thought the lobby of CR would be a good visiting place.

It really depends on what day you're trying to visit. On Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/New Year's Eve? They probably won't let you drive up and park without a reservation. Most weekends and busy weekdays will probably be the same deal. Officially, I think you're supposed to have a reservation of some kind to be able to park there because of how close it is to MK. You might just want to let your friends use your reservation information to park and they can hang out and wait for you in the lobby.

Why not have them pick you up and take you to cr you can visit along the way and they stand a better chance of being g able to park as they are driving you
