Visiting parks during the weeks

I will be staying at Disney Feb 26th - March 6th.. A Sautirday through a A Sunday. We will be at IOA and US 2 of those days, and im just wondering which days are better for us to go during the week. We will be vising HP i think as well. Traveling will be me and my 7 yo sister. Trying to pick a crowd minimal day as this will be her first trip to US, and the part of the trip she is looking most forward to.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in Advance.

I would suggest Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
