Visiting Epcot with no festivals

We are visiting Epcot on New Year's day when there appears to be no festival. Of the dozen times we have been, we've never experienced Epcot with no festival.
What does it look like? Is it still fun? Thanks and Happy New Year!

As an adult, I have been to Epcot twice without festivals and once this past August with. While I loved it, there is still so much amazing food around the showcase and these paired down festivals don’t add THAT much extra outside of food. I think you’ll have a lot of fun anyways!

Epcot is ALWAYS fun!

The Festivals are extra icing on an already AMAZING Cake!

Yes, it will still be really fun. The food booths are always a bonus but this year's festivals have been scaled down anyway so having visited during prior years' festivals would likely leave you disappointed for this years. Some of the food booths were closed during the week and some never opened as they did in previous years. Like all of 2020, this year's festivals have been nice but not what we know them to be.
