Visiting Be Our Guest

The BOG lunch FP+ will not show in your MDE account at all. However, if you log on to the BOG site and click View your reservation, it should be there. I took a screenshot of it just in case there is no connection when I check in to prove my reservation. It is there every time I log on to the site. I even modified and changed to another date. I pre-ordered my meal to see if it is still there when I check in.

Hope this helps! Have fun planning!!

That helps a lot! Thanks for the info!! :goodvibes

I finally found my 12 digit reservation number, not the confirmation number that has letters in it. I read on another post that it's in the page source. I also read the part about hovering over the check in or clicking it. I right clicked, copied the link and pasted it in a doc and my res number was there as well.

True. I hovered over the check in link, and my reservation number was embedded in the destination URL.

Mine has numbers and letters as well. So I can't get one either :( I think it has something to do with the deal I used, I have the free dining deal.
I have the exact same deal!! I really hope this doesn't exclude me from the BOG fastpasses!

How far out is your trip? We aren't leaving until December, so no option for me to check in. All I can see is the confirmation number.

We were able to snag two BOG dinner ADR's for our trip last June b/c I didn't know when we would be able to get our dessert party ADR at the time. I ended up giving the one to my brother and his wife's family and took the later one and just had drinks and dessert with the kids(the menu wasn't super appealing). It was a very magical and amazing experience. If you can snag a later ADR it is worth it to do this. I think we will do the same on our next trip. It also gave my kids a little sugar high to keep them going a little longer:hyper:;) There is no limit to what you order at any CS or TS restaurant so doing that at lunch is fine, but we loved being able to meet Beast!

This is a good tip! Never though about making a dinner ADR for dessert at BOG.
We went for dinner last year, and we thought the meal was just okay, but I certainly agree that BOG is a magical experience!pixiedust: We would be so happy to return for dessert, and drinks.

Just tried to book our fastpass but it says there's no fastpasses available for any day we're there! I guess I'm too late in doing it? We go in around 50 days..

Nope you are too early. As of today it is open through August 24. It has been opening one day at a time.

We just got back from Disney World. We did not have fastpass reservations for Be Our a Guest lunch yet, we were able to go twice. We waited 5 minutes. One day we went at 2 p.m. And the other time we went at 11:30. The food was great!
Good luck! I hope you get in.

What are the hours for lunch?

We got a Fastpass in June, so we went. We only ordered fries, cupcakes, and drinks. It was a little after noon. My family is pretty picky, so we just ate some snacks to tide us over. Oh, I tried the French onion soup, too, because I had never tried any before. I wanted to see inside the restaurant and try some gray stuff!

We are >100 days out from our trip. Our first stay is WL on a Free Dining package, so we have an alphanumeric reservation number.

However, I have figured out how to retrieve what APPEARS to be the numeric number behind that. NOTE: I cannot confirm I am correct until it comes time to reserve a BOG FP, but someone else who knows their number could do this and confirm the process work :-)

Using Firefox on a Windows 7 machine, I opened MDE and clicked on "My reservations". When that loaded, I moved my cursor so the arrow was sitting over my WL reservation listing.

Then I right clicked and selected "Inspect Element" from the popup list. This splits the screen and in the bottom half you see the actual page code for that area. You can scroll a bit up or down if you need to.

I can see (look for this text, the lines are actually longer and have more things in them):

"myVacation-resorts-container"

and a little below that:

"resort4###########"

Where the 4########### is a nice long number that I THINK is my WL numeric reservation number. Another couple lines below that is the same text only those lines' 4########### is the reservation number for our BC reservation of the split stay. That is why I am pretty certain the first is the WL package number.

Hope this helps someone. And that someone who has their package 4## number for sure can confirm it.

Thanks for this information! I have been very confused trying to figure it out. When I log in, it brings up the dates we will be there (9/27-10/3), but then if I pick any of those days it says no fast passes are available. I was kind of surprised to see it full so soon and thought I must have missed the chance. So it looks like the window opens just under 4 weeks out? Is there any +10 days to factor in like with regular ADRs?

Not sure if this is accurate cause we won't be trying it til September, but when we were there in June a BOG CM we met on the bridge informed us that guests can enter the restaurant to look around/take pictures, etc before 10am.

I witnessed that this morning when I walked past a little after 9. We didn't go in because we had eaten there just a few days before but a family was admiring the castle and the CM told them they could go in.

It is opening a day at a time. Just keep checking daily until it gets to the date you want for your FP.

Thanks for the info! I can only see the dates of our trip (last week of September), but if I try to book, it says there are no fast passes available on the days.

I can't even see as early as tomorrow as an option. It doesn't let me see the month of August at all, so I can't see ahead to see what days they've opened. Is that what other people are seeing too, that they can't see anything but their trip days?
