My options are to visit in mid- March, mid- June, or mid-October.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which time is best to visit out of these times?

mid-March the weather is going to be mild and F&G will be at Epcot. mid-June it's going to hot and I'm guessing pretty crowded (never been then) with kids being out of school. Mid-October will be slightly cooler than September and maybe no quiet as rainy but F&W will be on Epcot. I'd do both mid-March and mid-October if it were me, I actually always do F&G and F&W every year. I guess it would depend on how well you handle heat. In mid-October MK will have a few nights that it will be closed due to the Halloween party so that might also factor in.

Please define "best time." Are you looking for low crowds? March is probably not when you want to go then due to spring break & Easter this year but it IS one of the best weather times and usually runs into the Flower & Garden show at Epcot.
June? Depends on early or late. Early is still mild on the crowd side but the heat is cranking up pretty good.
Oct? Again, depends on when. Early is a bit less crowded normally but you'll have afternoon rain storms for sure to deal with. Later in the month, it gets more crowded due to F&W festival and Halloween and it's still pretty dang warm and very humid.
So depending on what you define as best, any of these months will work.

my vote would be mid march - spring breakers start coming a little later in march and the crowds can be spread out since different school systems have different break dates ....in addition, the prices are still not too high at the resorts if you can go earlier in the month and the flower/garden show is lovely...mid october can be packed around columbus day (october 10) and while the food and wine is fun, it really jams up epcot in the world showcase..that said, the halloween/fall decorations throughout the MK and hotels are so well done!
june would be my last choice - heat, crowds, cost of resorts-

you will have a great time no matter when you go ....let us know what you decide!

Mid-March is definitely prime spring break season, with summer-level crowds. Many places around the country have spring breaks then, including almost all of Texas. It won't be Christmas or Easter crowds, but it will be busy.

I vote October. The weather here is fabulous. March you will get spring break kids but not nearly as many fall break kids.

Only you can choose what's best for your trip. Here's some experience-based info to help with your decision. We went both mid-March and early July 2015.

Crowds:
Both were crowded, but neither insane.

Weather:
The weather was mild & much drier in March.

Summer brought daily late-afternoon showers that sometimes lasted into the evenings. Summer was quite hot mid-day, but not unbearable in my opinion (keep in mind that I'm from central Texas, and our brutal summers can rival Kuwait's.) We always left the park mid-day in summer, swam at resort pool every afternoon (so yes, our choice of resort was more important in summer), & sometimes returned to the park for fireworks & those lovely late-night summer extra magic hours.

Cost:
We camped in March, so that was relatively cheap.

There were great resort discounts available for June and July that we took advantage of last summer.

Charm:
The Epcot Flower & Garden Festival was very pretty with charming character topiaries- I missed the flowers on our trip last week. It's just one of those Disney touches that make you love the place.

Visitor population:
In March, it seemed like most of the other visitors I noticed/interacted with were Americans.

In summer, it seemed like there were at least as many foreign guests as American guests. Lots of South Americans, and a noticable number of Australians and British, as well.
