Do you mean ESTA's? majority of people don't need Visa's just ESTA's. You can do them online all details in the sticky we have at top of UK Trip planning link here http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2282558

Yep - thats them (Travel agent referred to them as Visa's which is what has thrown us off course i think!!)

It all makes sense now!
