I hope I am posting this in the right place. My son was recently arrested by the police I had to collect him and there was no further action. After reading through the Embassy notes even though he was not convicted of a crime I might have to still apply for a visa. As he is under 14 it says he does not have to go in person but we can apply by email. Has anyone had any experience on this and how long will it take. If he gets a visa will he have to go through a different line at immigration and if they question him will they allow an adult to be present. Many thank for any info
