Visa waiver forms

Does anyone know how to get these forms before you go on holiday,rather than have to fill them in at the airport or plane.It would so much easier to fill them in at home.

Dh has been asking me this too It would be great if we could do this.

Try contacting your airline, I am flying with Virgin and I asked them for the forms last week and got them in the post a few days later!
