Visa Rewards card - 0% financing question

I just booked a summer, 2016 cruise and made the minimum down payment. I'm sure this will fall under the requirements for 0% interest for 6 months.

However, I was thinking of charging monthly payments. Will those also be interest-free for 6 months?

I'm just wondering if I should have paid a larger amount when I booked today.

Thanks!!

I would like to know this too. I think it's okay to make payments, but will be interested to find out. I just got a Disney Vacation Account, and hooked up my payments to the Visa, so hope that is covered too.

You must book either directly through DCL or with a TA who passes payments direct through DCL (most TAs do). And as long as each charge is over $100 it should qualify for the 0% financing. Since you plan to make monthly charges, each will have it's own 6-month period for no interest.

I don't believe charges on the Disney Visa to fund a Disney Vacation Account will qualify for 0% interest. It must be an actual vacation package charged.

Enjoy your cruise!
