Visa Reward Dollar locations

Is there a list somewhere that shows all the locations at Disney World that accept reward dollars? I'm looking specifically to see where at the boardwalk and DTD that they are accepted.

I don't think I've seen a complete list of who does, but I have seen a complete list of who doesn't.... pretty much the rule is if they take Disney Giftcards they also take the rewards card. The places that don't take giftcards are the places not owned by Disney (like RF Cafe, T-Rex Cafe, Some shops in Epcot countries, ect.) and occasional smart food carts (but all the small carts seem to be taking credit cards and gift cards these days.
