Visa gift cards

Not sure where to post this question so please forgive me if it doesn't belong.

We have a couple Visa gift cards we got as gifts and were wondering if you are able to use these as payments on paying off a disney world package?

I know years and years ago I tried to buy concert tickets using one and I couldn't because there is no address "real owner" attached to the card.

So does anyone have experience using them toward a wdw vacation to pay off their balance?

Some of them list a website on the back where you register the card so you can give it a zip code to associate with it.

I don’t know about using it directly to pay off a package, but if that doesn’t work you could try to use it to purchase Disney gift cards via the Disney store website or at a store that carries Disney gcs.
