VISA Code Reservation Review Online

When I pull up my reservation on Disneyworld.com, the room is all there but the tickets read "error," and the dining plan doesn't show up at all. There are no flight times included. Should I be concerned or is this how it is for everyone??? I never got an e-mail confirm either.

Mine did the same thing--I am not worried -- I am sure it will get fixed--they probably didn't have a way to input the new package or something! At least that is what I hope!

Thank you! I feel better. The last 3 times I changed my reservation (LOL) I got an e-mail confirm, and the on-line site matched. I didn't want to lose my deal b/c they had an issue on their end.

Mine does the same thing too. I never did get an email confirmation yesterday though. I'm going to call today and ask for one. It's also not letting me apply a payment to it...hhmmmm..

My website also reads error and I never got email confirm. I did call back and everything was right with my reservation (including the ticket upgrades and dining) even though you couldn't see it on the website. I just like having everything on paper but it all seems ok. My magic express times both say 12am too.

Same Here! Tickets read error as well as not showing the dining plan. I haven't received a new email confirmation (as the CM told me), I do see the refund though...I paid in full when booked in August.

Mine also says tickets error.

i may call back tomorrow and check if I don't get an email
