Visa Card Holder discounts in Nov???

I read on another site that there was a promotion that came out in Aug 06 for a discount on MYW packages( and MYW pack. w/dining) as long as you used your Disney Visa Card. Anyone use that discount and if you did do you remember your savings. We are looking to go to WDW Nov. 1- Nov. 9th. 2A and 3C(one is 11--So 3A for ticket purposes) MYW+park hopping and dining 9 day passes. Would love to stay at POLY but might have to stay at POR 9 (which I also love). Just wondering if the discount is the same or if you get a larger % off if you stay at a deluxe??? Does anyone have any recollection of this promo. I think it was good for end of Oct-Dec. TIA

Anyone??? Someone must have used this discount last year!! It's killing me not to call and try for free dining but my oldest starts middle school and can not miss any time for a trip to WDW. We must now wait and go in Nov. so I was hoping for some kind of discount. Knowing the % off of the different resorts (moderate or deluxe) helps to make my decision to skip FDD a little easier!

I stayed last Nov. at Pop and I think my discount was almosst $400 I'm assuming off the room. My TA did everything for I just remember the discount wasn't that big but enough to make me happy that I got it.

Does anyone know how long the discount ran for? Or is there any discount for the first part of December?
