Shut out of rise again this morning. So frustrating.

Good Luck at Noon!

Thanks!!! Got it!!!!! Now I can relax!
OP-if they are still doing boarding groups for your trip and you don’t get 7:00 - I recommend being over on the little trail behind Grizzly River Run- very empty and high internet speed yesterday. For Rise we were sitting on the ledge by the fantasyland theatre (mo shows right now)- high speed not crowded and the people next to its got it too.
Just tried at home for the noon time, and ROTR was gone pretty quickly again, but Web is still showing me the 'join virtual queue' button at 12:18. Seems like ROTR is definitely the harder one to get still, even though Web is newer.
I had the exact same experience testing at home for the noon drop.Just tried at home for the noon time, and ROTR was gone pretty quickly again, but Web is still showing me the 'join virtual queue' button at 12:18. Seems like ROTR is definitely the harder one to get still, even though Web is newer.
Can we be signed into the app on two phones but same account?
Thank you! Wow- just Wow!!!!! Definitely worth all the trouble.Wow, I am so happy for you. Now you have to report back on how you enjoy the experience!
Do you still need to be in the park before you can start trying for ROTR? My kids have been looking forward to this ride for so long now, I need to figure out the best strategy for getting a boarding group.
We have hoppers. If I start at DCA, is it possible I might get a ROTR boarding group for the afternoon? Or should I not even try for ROTR until a day I'm starting at Disneyland?
At 7:00 am you don’t have to be in the park, you just have to have a reservation for that park for the day. At noon you just have to have scanned in to one of the parks. Unless you are going in a low crowd time- I would say have them prepared for the possibility you won’t get it. The mornings were a lot harder for us to get anything than noon. Noon was definitely where we had the most success. Yesterday we got Webslingers in the morning which was the only day of our 5 day trip we ever were successful in the morning. Sadly it didn’t get called until right after noon so we didn’t get to try for Rise yesterday- I was wishing I had just not even tried at 7:00 and waited to try for Rise at noon, especially since we failed at getting ROTR again this morning and at noon we probably wont get a boarding pass that gets called before we have to leave. We have been here 5 days and tried for Rise every day but yesterday and got it once- 2 days ago at noon. Crowds are high now- so if you are lucky to hit lower crowds you will have a greater chance of success.Do you still need to be in the park before you can start trying for ROTR? Good question. The system won't let you get a BG if you don't have a ticket or park reservation for that day. So you can't take a spot from someone else by practicing. So all of you who feel the need to practice, what happens if you actually get it but are not close enough - or have a ticket - to get there? You've taken a spot from someone actually there, which doesn't seem fair - and seems like it could contribute to the shortage.
Can someone please tell me how people are "trying at home" for joining boarding groups? I just don't understand how you can do it? I go to the app and I don't have the option to try to join the queue. I've got a 4-day park hopper pass with reservations for Nov. 11-15, haven't received my tickets yet. Should I be able to do this trial run or, am I missing something?
This morning, I went to the "Virtual Queues" then clicked "Join Virtual Queue" at 7 am on the dot. Again, drawing on past experience at WDW, refreshing took valuable seconds vs. clicking "Join Virtual Queue" exactly at the drop time.
