Virtual Member Card question....

So we are new members (resale) and our contract was excepted before 4/4. We are grandfathered in but don't have member cards yet. I called Disney and was told that we could use our virtual card to gain access to the member lounge at EPCOT with ID. My question is if we were not grandfathered in would we have a virtual card? or would it not even be there on the web site? Has anyone had a problem getting into the lounge with a virtual card and ID? Im hoping we get our cards soon!
 
You'll be fine. If you weren't grandfathered, you wouldn't be able to view or print the digital card. It's an image of the BLUE card, right?

The only issue is that random cast member that still hasn't read the memo on the digital cards, but a quick call to member services clears that right up.

It sounds like you're all set. If you have an issues, please do call member services ASAP. If it's after hours and you're refused a merchandise discount, they'll retroactively apply it over the phone and will contact the retailer to correct it for future members. (If you're at the emporium in DL on main street, the manager "Paul from West Covina, CA" now knows the policy thanks to one of those calls :) )
