Okay, so there's a trend going around this board, and I've decided to hop on the train before it leaves the station, so to speak. 
I haven't seen a Virtual Epcot yet, so I figured, "Why not?" It's an awesome park! So, here we go...(bear with me, this is a bit long, but I wanted to cover everything)
I hope to have these areas in it (not in this particular order, ones with stars are explained below):
-Mission: SPACE ~Dudezeke~
-Test Track ~dancehottie290 (first room only)~
-Soarin' ~Bootsonton~
-Spaceship Earth (exterior design & interior ride)
-Journey into Imagination w/Figment ~TeXaShOtTiE09~
-The Living Seas
-Fountain of Nations & Fountain View Cafe ~marypops!~
-Maelstrom
-Innoventions
-El Rio de Tiempo
-O Canada & Impressions de France ~Dudezeke`
-The American Adventure
-Living with the Land
-Pavilions*
-Canada Pavilion ~blizzard~
-IllumiNations
-The Garden Grill
-Coral Reef Restaurant ~DisIvyCo~
-Liberty Inn ~ktink94~
-Restaurants*
-Mexican Cantina ~ktink94~

I know a lot of this looks like it can't be done with VMK, but I have seen enough creativity displayed to know that practically anything is doable. Please note: If there is something in Epcot that is not on the above list and you think would be an asset, please tell me! I'm more than happy to add to the list, it is not exhaustive!
Ok, so, here's how it's going to work...
There are going to be a variety of jobs avalible. People can volunteer to build restaurants, rides, pavilions, etc. People can be cast-helpers who go around making sure everything is working correctly and answering questions. People can be performers for parades/shows and things like that. We could even have preforming groups like the Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps, etc. if enough people want to.
Cast-helpers will be asked to wear a specific outfit (all buyable) and an Epcot pin. You do not have to put anything in your signature unless you want to. Performers will be asked to dress to best match what they are doing, along with the pin. Builders do not have to wear any specific outfit, since they will not be seen by guests. Once you are out of VE, you do not have to wear the outfit or pin, only when inside. Pins and outfits will be provided by me unless you are a character such as a princess and will be using your own costume.
Builders, you may choose any attraction to do. I may have missed some on the list, so if there is one that you would like to build that I have not mentioned, please tell me. You will notice the stars by "Pavilions" and "Restaurants". I am aware that there are many restaurants and pavilions for the various countries. Instead of listing them all, I just put the stars. If you wish to do a pavilion, just tell me what country. It would also help if all builders had a knowledge of Epcot so that everything can look as realistic as possible. If you have picture references from previous trips or online sources, they would be very helpful. I will provide all teleporters for rooms. I will be doing the entrance for sure, and will take any attractions that are not picked up by volunteers. All rooms will be checked over by myself before being accepted into the park. I will be asking builders to put up pictures as labels to make VE easier to understand for guests.
Cast-helpers, you may work in a variety of ways. We will need people to staff restaurants, greeters, ride operators, and people who just walk around making sure that everyone is doing ok. If any problems develop in the park, such as a ride that has bugs, you will report the problem to the room owner and myself, so that it can be fixed ASAP. If any guests cause trouble, you will do the same after giving warnings. If you wish to be a cast-helper, just PM me and tell where you'd like to work.
Performers, I am not yet sure what live attractions there will be. We may have characters, such as princess, Mickey, etc. I would also like to have performances like Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps, etc. and shows like The American Adventure. If you would like to be a part of this, please PM me.
You can help in several ways; nobody is limited to only being a builder if they also wish to be a cast-helper. I will be posting hours and days that it will be open once we are far enough along, and you will know ahead of time when to come. If you cannot be there when asked, just PM me and I'll work it out. I will try to alert everyone early enough. It will not be open all day, every day. I understand that we have lives outside of VMK!
I will not be asking for donations for the park. If you wish to donate, we would all be very, very thankful, but, otherwise, anything put in this park will be out of our pockets or won through trades. There will be no admission charged. I will also have one trading station for people to use, but only one.
