Can anyone please tell me which is correct for pre-requesting seats with virgin, is it as in previous years 330 days (11 months) before or as i've read somewhere 2 weeks before. If it's 2 weeks before there will be a lot of computers crashing!!:badpc::badpc:

We heard the same, but we have been online and requested our seats already and we dont go till November.
There's no guarantee you'll end up with those seats in the end as before when we have gone with virgin our seats changed over the months up to our flight and we had to keep changing them back.
Good luck. :thumbsup2

it is 11 months from your return date in approx terms, there is an exact number of days but it is your return date not travel date.

It seems to depend on if you have booked direct with Virgin Atlantic (336 days from the date of your return flight)
or Virgin Holidays (When VH release your name to Virgin atlantic)

When I tried, my booking reference on my travel docs was NOT the reference needed to access the seating plan-I emailed Virgin Holidays who gave me a reference which bore no resemblance whatsoever to anything quoted anywhere on my invoice!
