Virgin sale now on

It probably the same thing, but Virgin's facebook page said 10% off all online bookings from tonight to Tuesday!

Are they joking?!?! Just got a price for 2 of us to stay in POFQ next August- £4886.50!!!!! That's horrendous!!!! Will be waiting to see what happens

There's a Virgin Atlantic sale, to coincide with the BA sale that started today. Sadly the only Orlando flights included are Economy from Manchester, everything else, zip...zero...nada...boo.

BA have flights in their sale for both Orlando and Tampa though if people are interested.

The sale doesnt include M+M prices

Ack! I wasn't even talking about M+M, I was just being blind. Saw Manchester -> Orlando down at the bottom and missed that London was mentioned higher up in the other bit.

Guess I should have gone to Specsavers ;)

Sorry I wasnt referring to you- just thought i'd add the M+M bit in!!!
I Have been messing bout looking at dates etc, and found that if i put in economy out PE back it was cheaper with the M+M prices!!! :confused3

Not much availability on the MAN-MCO around the 14th. The best I get is £3800 for a flydrive on the 17th..biting my tongue on my true opinions of those prices

You do need to play around like that. It is strange how that sometimes happens. Strange, but true!

Been messing about all day on the site on my day off instead of doing the boring housework stuff!! :rotfl2:

It's for a good cause .... the messing about on the net, not the housework :lmao:

At one point, when I was also messing about (instead of doing housework ;)) I was playing with fares looking for PE. Well they were so expensive compared to what I have paid in the past - I mean hugely expensive. I started playing around for fun, not being serious and plugged in a UC seat on the return. Guess what? Price came in almost exactly the same. That was the beginning of an educational experience for me. Only snag is that you need copious free time on your hands to do the amount of playing about that is required if you want the odd chance of snapping a bargain.

There are only economy fares available to MCO and they are up to next June exc school holidays!

We are looking for PE so will have to wait:rolleyes1

Just to clear this Virgin Atlantic not holidays.

Yesterday I booked three different flights in the BA sale and saved loads, it is a really good sale:thumbsup2

It's normal for Virgin's sale to conviently coincide with BA's on most occasions. However Virgin have no sale fares at all in Upper or Premium to MCO :sad2:

Miami has pretty good sale fares starting from £809 thats a decent sale.

Economy from £404 again not bad but not the best I've ever seen.

BA on the other hand have sale fares to MCO in both CW and WT+ but £1619-£1649 for a CW seat is not so great compared to the £1299 fares as seen at the end of last year. A WT+ fare to MCO around the £800 mark.

It annoys me that Virgin leave MCO out so much of the time. I know its a popular route ergo they can afford to but it's becoming SO difficult to find a decent price with them without banking in a shed load of miles in the process.

Rant over lol ;)
