Virgin Reference Number

Hi we just added virgin flights to our package for may next year and the only reference number on the invoice is the Disney one. We only paid the deposit and was just wondering do you get your virgin reference number after you pay the balance or should we have gotten it now? We don't really need it right away I just want to make sure everything has gone through ok because I'm a worrier lol

You have to contact virgin for it we have also booked a flight inclusive package and was worried about not having a reference number I think I asked on the live chat for our

We didn't get our Virgin reference number until we had paid the balance off.

We had a ref no e.g. 11111/s12 when we booked a Virgin package.It was on the top of the invoice.We did not have to wait until we paid the full balance.This was also the number we used to log onto VA to check our flight status.

Thanks for the help. Tried the number on the Disney invoice but it definitely won't work so might give Virgin a ring on monday and try get it from them.

Just live chat them on their website I it mine in a Saturday night I'll try and find the link for you just give them the names of every ones name that flying and they find it I got mine back in minutes
