...is there a voucher missing?!

This may well be a stupid question. We booked a package through VH, for flights, hotel, tickets and dining plan.

There is no mention on any of the vouchers about the dining plan :confused3 is this normal? I don't see how CSR will know to put the credits on the KTTW cards without any info about it...

Not booked with VH for years, last few years booked with Disney.co.uk on the free DDP/OKW deal. They don't even look at any paperwork when you check in, they ask for your surname and you are on the system with eveything you have on your package. I would think VH are the same, as long as you have an invoice with DDP included I wouldn't worry about it.
 
When we checked into POP our DP was already on our KTTW card. We had seperate 14 day passes, but they even added those to our KTTW too once we made them aware (We had bought them seperately).
 
Just checked our vouchers which we received last week. It says on one voucher 1x YACHT CLUB ROOM
MEAL BASIS FOR ALL PASSENGERS IS
DISNEY DINING PLAN

If you are at all unsure then a quick call to Virgin is best just to put your mind at rest. As Wayne said though i also have never had to show any of my vouchers:thumbsup2

Hope you get your voucher sorted! The VH Facebook team are really good, if you post on there, they usually get back to you straight away, even on the weekends and will send you new vouchers I'm sure!

You're right it is exciting :) although less so when they screw it up :rotfl:

Just got off the phone... They had no record of the DDP as I'd apparently amended the booking :furious: what actually happened was I amended the contact address because we moved house in Feb. Anyway common sense prevailed because they could see it was eligible when we booked 9 months ago. 20 minutes later they agreed to add the DP and send out a new voucher :thumbsup2
 
Although I dread to think what would have happened if we hadn't noticed the mistake on the invoice...

That's so bad that they knocked your dining plan off just when you amended your address! Glad they have sorted it for you though, would have been a nightmare if you had just trusted it would be fine when you got there!

Also is very annoying when it takes the shine off the excitement of the tickets arriving because they messed up! :furious:
 
We have never had the correct vouchers sent out with VH, we have always had missing or incorrect vouchers. Always best to check. Have a great holiday.
 
Lordy...I am sure the VH rep would have sorted it for you had you not noticed until you arrived, but you just don't need the hassel of going to see them and missing a day of free DDP while you wait!!
I must admit I have never had a problem with my vouchers when I have booked with them in the past, its always run very smoothly and I have always been a happy bunny with them..:confused3

Thankfully you realised not sure everybody would.

Phew !!!!! Thank goodness you checked all the paperwork thoroughly.

As we are booked through VH for this trip I have made a "note to self" to go through our paperwork when it arrives with a fine tooth comb. I made our booking June 2011 and they've had to re invoice me a few times as they initially messed up the spelling of a couple of names and then I've been making monthly payments which their system doesn't seem to be able to cope with so fingers crossed it all arrives correctly
 
Man that would have had me so freaked out. Glad you got it all sorted out now before you got there. :cool1:
