Does anyone know if you can check kids in online too? Mine are 5 and 2. My mum seems to think you cant.
If you can - another question??
We always have problems with our little boy who is 5 at check in.
9 times out of 10 the virgin staff have to take he's passport off and do a security check. This has been since he was 1 - its mad. Im wondering whether this could prevent us from checking in online anyway - does anyone else ever have the security alert problem at the airport??

We always use online check in and have never had a problem with DD who is currently 6 or indeed any problems with this service at all.

We did on line check in at the end of may no problem, and our DD's are 7 & 6. :goodvibes

Not sure about VA but we have flown with BA a couple of times when DD was under 2 (so no seat of her own) and were unable to use online check-in. BA stated that they need to allocate seating etc for passengers with infants.

I would think that as both yours are over 2 and have their own seats then online check -in should not be a problem. If you are concerned, give VA a quick ring and they should be able to confirm either way.
