Morning all! Should be at Gatwick now, but had a call to say the 12.45pm flight's not leaving till 4pm so sitting at home, twiddling my thumbs, drinking the umpteenth cup of coffee and trying not think how late it'll be when we arrive at WDW... Oh well, at least we didn't have any plans for the evening...

It looks like the VS044 arriving yesterday was late which meant the VS016 yesterday was late, hence the outbound VS015 was over 4 hours late departing and the knock on continued to the VS016 coming back in this morning. As the VS015 is the last flight scheduled each day to leave gatwick it draws the short straw and gets the most delayed aircraft back to Gatwick

Poor you. we were also delayed this year and never got away until 5.30 pm. The only good thing is that on arrival the airport was really quiet we were through immigration and had our luggage and en route to our hotel within an hour of landing. Also we just went straight to bed so it helped with jet lag
