Virgin Missing E Ticket

Hello,

Just looking for some advice, I booked my Virgin Flights around 6 months ago and although I can find the booking confirmation that says the e ticket will be following soon, I can't find the actual e ticket.

Does anyone know who to contact to obtain a replacement?

Is it actually needed if I check in online? (I am a worrier though so I would rather have a copy)

One more thing, I applied for ESTA last year and I have lost that too :confused3 I think I need to reapply, is that correct?

You would need to phone yoru booking agent directly. Do you have a note of any info given at the time of booking that could help them trace it for you? The more you can tell them the easier to trace your booking.

ESTA is valid for 2 years AFAIK, but with the new policy where they will begin charging I am doing another one anyway - to cover me for next year too! ;)
 
I am not sure about Virgin, but with other airlines, the e-ticket hasn't been required in my experience. I have always had a copy just in case, but they have just swiped my passport at check-in. But if you are a worrier I would make some enquiries with Virgin. Do you have your booking reference?

Regards ESTA, I have done it but never once been asked for a copy. The last time we travelled I didn't take a copy as I had lost mine and our printer was out of ink before we went. But it's valid for 2 years from when you do it, so may as well get another one before the charges kick in :goodvibes
 
If you go onto the VA website you can request that your e-ticket is resent to your email account :)

Thats great thanks Claire, I really didnt want to be calling any call centres about it!

Just gotta sort my Esta now and sort out why payment come if my card twice for my booking at the Hard Rock Hotel, havent got a clue who to email about that especially as i booked so long ago!
 
Does anyone have a email address for reservation queries at the hard rock hotel? I booked through univacations and received 2 confimation emails and the payment was debited twice from my credit card.

I have been putting it off and putting it off and now I have come to try and cancel the second booking i cannot find the booking confimation emails in my emails :mad:
