Hi, we have been having a few problems in our area with VM, with complete loss of service of tv and broadband, my Dad phoned up and complained of this and that they increased the price without warning and said he wanted to cancel the subscription quoting to them how much they would save by switching to sky and BT, and virgin media offered free cable for a year if he stays, only paying for phone and broadband, and after the year is up a new price of £9 a month, a saving of £20. I know a lot of people are having trouble and they seem desperate to keep there customers so it is definitely worth complaining.

Branson is so Jealous of Murdoch that he'll go all out to try and get anyone to stay..

I'm With Sky though so I don't think they'll be coming for me quite yet.. :lmao:

When NTL switched to Virgin our package price shot up so I rang to complain and they reduced the price and upgraded our package so that we now have all the movie and sports channels etc. :goodvibes

It's definitely worth complaining.

We phoned and complained when we lost Sky One and they have given us a very good discount that will last as long as we keep the package we're on. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Our package has also gone up to:guilty: Nothing but trouble with this company, but DH likes them because of the Broadband width:confused3
