Virgin Locator Number?

Hiya

Ive just called virgin holidays trying to get my locator number so I can call virgin atlantic and book the child seat thingy that fits inside the normal seats.

We set off back to the UK on the 14th March 2010 and get back the 15th obviously, well its the 16th april today so the 11 months before is here, Ive called and they havnt got it.

Any ideas how else I can get this?

I am sure if you ring VA up they can locate your booking, if they have it, and add the comments about the infant seat. Although VH may take a few more days after the 11 month mark to forward the details on it may be a case of waiting a few days.

Just checked the VA website and the latest dates for return flights showing at the moment are March 10th. I think they workon the 330 day rule so you do have about 4 more days to wait.

yes just call Va, when i worked there i used to look at my VH bookings all the time. The can locate you by the flight number and names etc so will be able to find you once VH send over details as the dont work on the same systems
