Virgin Holidays are in the metro centre

So it should make it easier to sort any problems, in person rather than telephoning customer services.

Let's hope I don't have any problems

And in future I can book with them and use frequent flyer programme

Small concession, but the service I received from Lesley was outstanding. Will go back to her every time. Her knowledge & helpfulness were second to none. Can't thank Lesley enough.

Great, the lady I spoke to was fantastic too, she explained that I could 10% discount using frequent flyer, plus I get my miles
