Virgin holidays Disney Dollar offer.

When I booked my holiday with Virgin I was entitled to the $300 disney dollar offer. Its now changed to $150 for people booking now.

I asked the rep on the phone about it and she said yes you will get it but it says nothing about it on the invoice.

I enquired about it again and they said I will get it when I get to florida the rep then added I would keep your holiday brochure and take it with you as proof though.

This just makes it sound as I'm going to have to spend half my holiday fighting for the money.

Has anyone else booked with this deal and do you have anymore info on it ?

Dont worry take the brochure, we are here with virgin holidays at the moemnt and they have been great to us, we had a fire in our room and they have paid fir us to replace my twins bottles and juice bottles that were lost and gave us planet hollywood vouchers when they didnt have to

Yes, we got the same deal after booking waaaaay back in May. Booked it all online but took screen grabs of the offer just in case

My Sister got the gift card last year too, I can't remember now but I think they sent it out to her nearer the time, i'll ask her and see if she remembers.

I emailed VH and they confirmed I am entitled to the $300 gift card and will collect it at the airport from the VH rep. I have kept the email to use as evidence if there are any problems
