Virgin Holidays Accomodation Vouchers

Hi everyone


Got our tickets today through the post and everything seems to be there (plus my dog didn't eat them like I thought he might!!!).

Quick question about the accomodation vouchers you get. We are staying at Pop. Will we be asked for them when we checkin or do we need to make sure we hand them over? I've never had to use a voucher before.

We normally we just hand the voucher over, they should already have your reservation on the system but it saves time repeating or spelling your name because they can't understand my accent

That's good to know we'll give them ours too as no-one out there seems to know how to say our surname either.
