Hi gang;

Having just paid off the balance to our upcoming holiday so naturally my mind is starting to wonder what happens next.

We've booked with VH before so I know the tickets come out about 2 weeks before. I'm not worried about flight tickets, they will probably arrive in eTicket form & been there done that before.

In terms of attraction tickets/DME labels/hotel vouchers? Do the tickets arrive in voucher form to exchange when in Florida? Or do we get hard tickets?

Do the DME labels arrive 14 days out with everything else, or will that come separately from Disney? Perhaps with the hotel stuff?

If the tickets come in voucher form we have the Disney tickets & the Orlando Flexiticket. Do we exchange the Disney voucher at check in due to the KTTW cards? Where would we exchange the vouchers for the flexiticket? Can that be done anywhere they are accepted?

Sorry for 20 ?s but really have no idea, we usually get the tickets from attraction-tickets-direct so used to having the hard tickets.

Thanks in advance!

with Virgin, you get vouchers to exchange into tickets.

If you stay at a Disney hotel-you will have a voucher for the hotel and one for the tickets. They will put everything on the KTTW card for you, so easy.

For your Orlando flexi ticket-you need to go to a ticket booth at Universal (or wherever theyre accepted) and theyll exchange them for your ticket.

Weve not done ME though so unsure of that.
We usually just do Virgins Shuttle to the hotel-we have a voucher, which we give to the Virgin meet and greet desk. They take the voucher, give us our welcome pack and then we're directed to a coach.

Thanks, appreciate the information.

My fear was that we'd get a voucher for the flexi-ticket then turn up at Universal to collect them & we can't. Having never bought tickets in Florida I didn't know if you could get the flexi-tickets at the gate.

I am sure I am not the first person to buy a flexi-ticket through Virgin Holidays so I shouldn't worry. :rotfl2:

I know exactly what you mean, you cant help but worry. :goodvibes

It feels so strange going there with a tiny bit of paper for everything.
Just imagine the day when we dont get anything sent to us. :scared1:

For ME uk residents don't get any paper work. If you did it online just take your email confirmation and when you get to the ME desk they print off vouchers.

Your Disney tickets will be put on your key to the world card at check in :)

Check all of your vouchers carefully, i have yet to book a holiday with VH where all of the vouchers sent to me are correct. We have had missing vouchers and vouchers with incorrect dates! and with them arriving two weeks out it doesn't leave you much time to get them corrected. We have had to pick them up from the airport on the day we have flown in the past.
