Virgin Hard Rock Dinner Offer

We are going with Virgin, so will receive the free Hard Rock dinner vouchers. We weren't planning on doing Universal this (our first) time. Will we be able to get to the Hard Rock without Universal tickets?

Yes, no problem whatsoever. Hard Rock isn't in the actual parks, it's in Citywalk which is the kind of nightlife, eating and shopping area. Parking is free after 6pm I think (could be 7, I can't remember)

Incidentally, if you are travelling thousands of miles, you must at least do Islands of Adventure, you wouldn't regret it.

It's not that we don't want to do either of the Universal parks.

It's just that we've planned for all the Disney parks, Sea World, Busch Gardens and a day at Discovery Cove. We've also booked a "horsey" day, where we're going horseriding in the morning and then the Arabian Nights dinner show in the evening.

If and it's a big if!!!, we've got any spare days, then we'll buy tickets over there.

If you are making the effort to visit Busch Gardens, you could afford to miss Animal Kingdom. This is just my opinion, it's just to my mind not a full day type of park. I found because of the vegetation that it gets very humid, and if it's hot you hardly see any animals. The park used to open at about 7am so you could get there before it got hot. Reportedly because there was a steady stream of visitors leaving the park by dinner, they changed the opening time to 9am.

It would be a shame to miss "Terminator" "shrek" "back to the future" and all the other wonderful attractions Universal has to offer. IMHO I would swap Epcot and do universal studios.

Glad I havent got to make that choice.
