I received a letter today from Virgin - as we haven't booked with them for over 4 years our membership has expired. But we went with them in 2005 (booked in 2004) so at most I make it 3 years!

Not being in Frequent Virgin club isn't a real problem as we don't intend to go back to WDW until 2009, but they have really irritated me by getting their facts wrong.

I've just read the small print ...

In order to join the frequent Virgin Club you must book a minimum of two holidays within a 4 year period with a total spend of £6,000 or more ...

So that's it, our flydrive in 2005 wasn't considered expensive enough. £6,000 that's a lot of money for a holiday even in peak season.

Got the letter from them this morning saying that our membership was now void. I rang to tell them that we have had four holidays in the last three years, they put it down to updating their computer:rolleyes:
