Superb service from start to finish!!!
I firstly recommend the twilight check-in at Gatwick before you fly out the day before if you can. This was done prompt and so much easier for you all the next day.
The staff onboard are great, so great that one particular member of the cabin crew forgot our food and brought us two glasses of champagne from first class as an apology.
As for the flight entertainment screen, you get to see a selection of the latest films, but have to wait for when they are actually on before making your choice, so for those who think it's going to be similar to Sky Plus - you will be wrong.
There's a hatful of games to play and also a selection of albums to listen to.
On arriving at Orlando - going through Passport Control was actually quicker than we ever expected - it might just have been a lucky day, but from the moment our plane landed we was out of there with our luggage within half an hour.
I also recommend on your return home, to go to Downtown Disney's Virgin Check In. Once again, it made life so easier and to just explain how - on entering the airport on Friday afternoon, Virgin's check-in was chaotic!!!

apparently his plane was dirty, noisy, rickety, and pumped dirty air around, oh and the in flight entertainment system was broken. Skymap once didn't work for us, but that wasn't the end of the world.
